Our history

Factory foundation

2001

For the first time, Zaporizhzhia Furniture Factory «Pehotin» declared itself in 2001. A period of rapid development: the recruitment of a working team, the emergence of a customer base, the acquisition of high-tech equipment.

New territory, new opportunities

2005 – 2009

Faced with many difficulties, we gained new experiences, improved production processes, expanded the geography of sales, winning the hearts of new customers. The skills acquired made us experts in creating economy segment furniture and a reliable partner of the best retail chains both in Ukraine and abroad. 2009 – participation in the International Furniture Exhibition KIFF 2009. Since then we have been a permanent participant of this event.

Entering the international market

2010 – 2014

Despite the economic downturn in the industry, associated with the unstable economic situation in the country, the company was working steadily. At the same time, we continued the annual renewal of the model range. 2011 – start of product deliveries to Europe. Opening of a representative office in Kyiv.

Confident development

2015 – 2019

Confident position in the Ukrainian market. Modernization of equipment fleet. Expansion of production and storage facilities, occupying about 2500 m², which allowed us to make the entire furniture production cycle technologically sound. A completely new, modern warehouse for finished products was into operation.

Our Furniture Warranties

Warranty

For domestic premises, nurseries, offices and public premises, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.

The Law of Ukraine

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights», the manufacturer has the right to independently establish a warranty period for a product or service, during which, if a defect or malfunctioning is found in the product, the manufacturer is obliged to satisfy the consumer's claims. (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 506 dated April 11, 2002)

Warranty service

The factory warranty provides free replacement of defective parts, but it does not cover defects caused by the following reasons:

In case of illiterate lifting or assembly of the product, making changes to its design.
In case of violation of the rules for the operation of furniture, as well as after the expiration of the warranty period for the product.
Fire, flood and similar.
If there are mechanical damages, thermal effects or traces of exposure to chemicals on the furniture surfaces.
Deliberate damage to the product or erroneous actions of the consumer (buyer).
Malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear of the product.

In case of non-compliance with the rules of operation and use of furniture products for other purposes, the manufacturer is not liable for the loss of consumer qualities of furniture, furniture will be repaired at the factory’s discretion, and repair services will be provided at the expense of the buyer only at factory prices.

Product assembly

All products are completed with simple and understandable assembly instructions, so the consumer can assemble the furniture independently. The quality and exceptional accuracy of technological holes made on the most modern machines do not require any additional refinement.

Before assembling furniture, you should read the instructions and check the parts for defects (chips, scratches, matching the color of all parts to the product). Keep the original packaging until assembly is complete.

The only necessary condition is that at least two people should participate in the assembly.

It should be remembered that in case of inept assembly of furniture, the shortcomings or damage arising as its results cannot be eliminated under the factory warranty. Not every buyer has the opportunity to carefully and competently assemble the product. We recommend that you use the services of experts who have the necessary tools and skills for this.

All claims for the quality of products are accepted by the end seller. A claim prerequisite is a label on the package (which indicates: product name, date of manufacture and brigade), the seller's warranty card or a receipt.

Delivery terms

1-2

Shipment time – from 1 to 3 days, if the goods are in stock.

7-14

Delivery time – from 7 to 14 days from the date of ordering. And that’s pretty good. Isn’t it?

If the range of ordered furniture is constant and orders are scheduled for 1-2 months in advance, delivery is carried out on the agreed dates.

Please note that delivery services are not included in the price of purchased furniture. If necessary, and also for your convenience, you are given the opportunity to independently pick up goods from our warehouses.

We remind you that in the case of self-pickup of furniture, all damage to parts of the goods that occur during its process cannot be eliminated in accordance with the existing warranty, as well as exchange and return terms.
